1. Why does my HQ3 keep shaking or vibrating, accompanied by an electric current sound?
The HQ3 Gimbal requires your mobile phone to be placed in the center before turning it on. If you turn on the HQ3 without a mobile phone or without ensuring the phone is centered, it can lead to abnormal vibrations or shaking of the gimbal. Properly center your phone to avoid this issue.
2. Why does my HQ3 work but won't charge?
To charge your HQ3, make sure you're using the USB cable provided by us or a cable with USB-A at one end and TYPE-C at the other end. Cables with TYPE-C at both ends cannot be used for charging.
3. Why does the joystick suddenly not work during the use of my HQ3?
The gimbal has a limit angle, and when the HQ3 is manipulated to reach this limit angle position, it automatically activates self-protection to safeguard the internal current. This may result in the joystick not responding to your movements. Typically, this occurs when the gimbal is tilted forward at a 30-degree angle and the phone lens is tilted up or down at a 30-degree angle. To resolve this, hold the HQ3 upright, shake the phone slightly with your hand, and return it to a non-tilted position.
